Journal Club
The Journal Club is aimed at all members of the Institute and beyond. Current findings, interesting methodological approaches, application of theories and critical developments are presented and discussed on the basis of a selected scientific article. Three sessions and scientific articles are always grouped into one topic block.
Procedure
Before the session, a previously shared scientific article is expected to be studied by all participants. During the session, a presentation of the subject, a definition of the research question and classification of the thematic block, reflection on the validity and relevance of the study and an integration of the topic into the individual research efforts will be given by a prior determined person, followed by a feedback and a critical discussion.
