Efficacy of a screening for prevention and rehabilitation needs in primary care
A central responsibility of the German Pension Insurance is to promote and maintain the occupational participation of its insured persons. For this reason, a so-called “Ü45 screening” was developed to identify prevention and rehabilitation needs and evaluated with regard to psychometric characteristics, reliability and criterion validity. The aims of the research project are:
- to investigate the feasibility of the usage of the Ü45 screening in GP practices
- to increase the number of applications for prevention and medical rehabilitation when using the Ü45 screening in GP practices
